Payment for icloud but can’t get new card linked. Need another payment option

I live in China but am from SA. I do not want to change my region ans this complicates many things. How can I get another payment option because my bank card has expired and I can’t get the new one to link.

Unable to update billing information in iCloud Hello, recently my Visa card expired and I received a new one. Now I am unable to update billing information in iCloud as the new card keeps getting declined. I already made some online purchases with the new card so the card should be fine. I cannot login to Apple pay since the service is not supported in my country, paypal is not supported in iCloud so I do not know what to do and I could be left without iCloud storage. update payment method iam using my existing visa card for pay monthly subscription fee but my existing card expired last month, duo to covid situation iam unable to travel my place from where iam now. i want to update my payment method by using another visa card. what to do next? please advice.

These are the valid payment methods you can use for iTunes:

You can also put a credit on your Apple account using this method:
