How do I get a refund for cyberghost?
I bought Cyberghost through the Apple store last week. It doesn’t seem to function well and drops out a lot. I’ve cancelled the subscription, and would like a refund. But when I go to the report a problem page and choose the having issues option, it says I must contact the app developer. I’ve already emailed them, and they say I can only get a refund from Apple. So I’m going in circles, maybe I’ve missed something obvious.
Does anyone know how to get a refund for a third party app?
