Want to connect my electric guitar amplifier to 2011 MacBook pro GarageBand

Hello all,

As said in the title, I Want to connect my electric guitar amplifier to 2011 MacBook pro GarageBand.

Amplifier is Spider V 20 from Line 6. It has an USB port. I've got a cable to link the amp to the Mac.

What should I do to get it recored on the Mac ?

Thanks a lot in advance !

Kind regards

Line 6 claims the amp is Mac compatible, so all you should need to do is select it as your input device in GB's prefs:

User uploaded file

then create an audio/guitar track and rock on
