Bluetooth disconnect suddenly when iPhone autoconnect to the mac

It happens randomly and I lost all my Bluetooth connections for a while, then I have to wait a few seconds for my earphones and mouse reconnect to the Bluetooth. It just happens when the iPhone or iPad auto-connect to the mac.

How can I avoid iPhone auto-connect or how can I fix this?

Well, that's a logical solution, but it's useless, I don't want to be switching on and off the Bluetooth the whole day, I have paired some other devices to my iPhone and I just have this problem with the iMac.

I would probably turn Bluetooth off on the iPhone and iPad.
