Anybody know how to check blood pressure with Applewatch 4?

Apple didn't talk about any such thing. Some of the rumor sites have discussed Apple filing a patent for such technology and there are also competing patents but according to everything I have read this technology is at least 3 years or more away. Filing a patent request is not the same as having the technology available.
Sorry but that is completely inaccurate and I have watched it twice. The feature you are referring to is for taking an ECG and it will be available before the end of the year. But ECG's don't take blood pressure.
The technology is to check pulse rate, and then help at some time, to determine rhythm changes. I did not read anywhere that stated the watch was going to be capable of measuring blood pressure.
I would like to see a link to that. I've seen rumor discussions as deggie has indicated, but nothing directly from Apple.

Actually, during the introduction of the Apple Watch Series 4 presentation, it was listed as a FDA approved feature. The measurements would be made by placing a finger on the Digital Crow. It was indicated that this feature would be activated by the end of the year.
I am disappointed. Just got the watch. One of the reasons is to check BP with the new technology.

I'm searching for the same information. I hear the egg-ecg feature is now available but they sure are making it hard to find it without thinking we have to pay for one. It's driving me nuts. You would think when it became available, after promising us it would, that the **** thing would automatically pop on our apple watch 4. You know, the one we paid 500plusdollars for because of this added feature.
