Disable downtime ios by adjusting time

I think i found a bug in the downtime function in ios 12, when downtime is on and you change the time to a time which in down time is off. Restart your iPhone and the iPhone will think that it is a time in which downtime is not enabled and you will be able to use every app again. Anyone that could back this story up or has a suggestion to fix this? thnx!

I don’t think it is a bug so much as just not something Apple intended for the use of screen time. What I mean is Apple refers to screen time as a way “to gain insights about how you use your device”. They don’t refer to it as a restrictions setting, so likely just never thought about people deliberately changing the clock to bypass something set up to educate oneself about ones usage patterns.
