Cycle function in MS 3 - I got problems

Having a tough time getting the cycle function to work as I understand it should. I’ve got 4 playback files with markers. All the files seem to look right; markers, sync, group - all Ok. The files play great from start to finish but when I attempt to cycle a section is gets wonky. When I try to turn the cycle function off it continues to cycle - still not. I‘ve loaded and reloaded inspecting everything I know to inspect. Any thoughts or guidance will be greatly appreciated!

Cycle selection not snapping to grid Hello, When I began using Logic today I noticed that when I select a portion of my session to cycle, it no longer snaps to the grid. Typically simply dragging on the cycle bar would select in increments of a beat or so, making it quick and easy to replay a few bars. Now, it seems to work in hyper specific increments, causing me to have to zoom in and carefully align it with the beginning of the bar, and often causing the MIDI data on beat 1 not to be triggered. I'm sure this is probably a setting I changed by mistake but I can't seem to find it, can someone help me out?

Logic Pro: Freezing Tracks issue Hello friends :) a) I freeze tracks in a Logic Pro project file b) save project file, then close project file shut down. c) new startup. reopen project file. play project, it goes into "freezing mode". d) previously freeze tracks, seem to not save or reload. thus, re-freezing modes automatically initiates. e) I've checked my "freeze" folder every time. a brand new file is created with the re-freezing Logic automatically initiates upon start-up; plus it over-writes the previous file. f) this issue is specific to not every project file. since I don't know the reason, it appears to happen randomly. Is the a fix for this? this is terribly time consuming error (when many tracks are frozen in the project) thanks in advance! :-)
