WiFi & Bluetooth not working

I’ve reset network settings, and done both a hard reset and restore from backup on iTunes.

After I did the restore from iTunes it worked for around 5 mins, then kept resetting until the WiFi and Bluetooth symbol both greyed out.

It seams a few people are experiencing the same issue. But no mention from them of the resetting.

Any help is much appreciated.
