Hello,
I have a 5 S 32GB phone and it was working well. I reset that. After I switched on the phone after when I went through the setup instructions Finally it showed " Activation server cannot be reach.Try again in a couple of minutes" I tried lot of times and I couldn't reach that activation server.
Help me on this

Did you try connecting to iTunes? Tried WiFi since your WiFi appears to be off?
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
