How do I undo saving with copy exs instruments ?

Hi All

Once I've saved a Mainstage concert with "copy EXS Instuments into concert " checked, can I re-save that concert without that option later ?

Also if I've saved a concert that way when I export a patch that uses custom samples and load it in a new concert the exs instruments don't load properly because the instrument and samples are saved in the previous Concert file and not the Audio Music Apps so I have to copy then from the original concert file.

Is there a better way to manage this please ?
