I have purchased music from before I got Apple music recently I had to stop using apple music and I had taken some songs off my phone but they were still on my laptop. I try putting them back on and they go on my phone but it wont let me listen to the songs saying iTunes Match required. Now I have purchased some albums and songs but it doesnt show on my phone all of them but will show on my laptop? Even syncing my iphone does not work

You'll need to turn off iCloud Music Library (see Turn on iCloud Music Library - Apple Support, but turn it off) in order to be able to sync your device with iTunes directly.
