Pairing generally only applies to bluetooth devices. In that case, unless manually forgotten, Bluetooth settings will show a list of all paired devices the iPhone has ever paired with over bluetooth.


Note that this has nothing to do with your Apple ID, or devices associated with it which would not be considered as being paired with your iPhone at all.


If you want to know what devices are logged in to your Apple ID, follow the steps in the support document you came from.
