What is SCS Debug

I'm running High Sierra and to the right of the Help menu item (top row) there is a new item titled SCS Debug. I googled this and can't find anything. What is this?

console help needed interpreting these messages on system.log The message below keeps appearing in system log. I don't know if it means that there's a bug in my system or what. sysdiagnose files - where to look for clues for the unnormal shutdown I want to see if I can get some help as to where to look for clues from an abnormal/unpredictable shut down. I have the sysdiagnose files but can you please point me to where I can look for clues? I need a bit of help on how to decipher the ample files. The sysdiagnose files are generated from an MBP 2015 - OSX Mojave 10.14.5 Thanks
