Password reset needed often

Hello,

Up until a few years ago I have the same password that I set up with iTools (in other words I had it for a long time). Of course I finally ended up changing it and have been using different ones in iCloud. Lately (the last month or so) I've had to reset my password about 5 times. It's extremely frustrating. I have two factor authentication enabled so I have to go in a set passwords for quite a few application/apps. Not to mention my family's TV is usually halted until I get them the password for the Apple TV.

I understand changing password but this is crazy. I shouldn't have to change them that often. I'm just curious if anyone has any ideas as to why I'm experiencing this? Or if I'm doing something to trigger it? I really didn't find much looking on my own.
