I used a card for iTunes payment purchase and it was declined bcz of insufficient funds. When I changed my Visa card witch I am sure has sufficient funds, after entering my Apple ID, It’s saying to contact iTunes support. I need some help

I used a card for iTunes payment purchase and it was declined bcz of insufficient funds. When I wanted to change my Visa card witch I am sure has sufficient funds; just after entering my Apple ID, iTunes doesn’t want to process my payment with any method. It’s saying to contact iTunes support. I need some help

Have you done as instructed and contacted iTunes Support ? If not you should do so (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
