I have deleted something I didn’t want to

I was creating an iMovie and I didn’t have any storage to send it so I deleted the same videos I used in the iMovie to clear some space and the videos then deleted from the iMovie but when I deleted them they never went to recently deleted can you get the videos back for me as the iMovie was 30 minuets long and took some time.

The only way to recover it would be if you have a backup from prior to the video being deleted. If you do, then restoring that backup is all you need to do. If you don't have a backup then there isn't a way to recover it.
