Billing address different than shopping address

I would Like to buy a present to my friend from Croatia to the US and this is not possible since my country is not on the list of possible options. Ana suggestions how to deal with that problem?

How can I buy an Apple product as a gift to be delivered in an other country I would like to buy an iPhone as a present for someone who lives in an other country than me. Buying it here and shipping it is out of question for many reasons. Does Apple offer such an option? How? Thanks
