Is Intel graphics card compatible with Mojave

It's not so much the graphics card that is going to control what is compatible, it's all the hardware combined that will determine what is needed to run it. The OS itself isn't very graphic demanding as it's when things are needing to be drawn at fast intervals that's what is going to require more powerful graphics. You have a mid 2012 you should be able to run it, but you can go here to determine which models are compatible to run Mojave.
