Creating a photo book in photos

If you are using Apple Photos Version 3.0 or older, yes you can still create and edit photo books. If you do however upgrade to MacOS Mojave + Apple Photos Version 4.0, the create and edit features are disabled.

If you already upgraded to Mojave, but have still iPhoto installed, you can still create a book in iPhoto and save it as a PDF file. Creating books in iPhoto has been easier than in Photos anyway.
