How to get a refund

I paid for an online service, and the provider says they can't issue a refund to my credit card because I paid using their app I downloaded from the app store. They told me I should contact apple to get a refund, but I can't seem to find a page where I can get a refund.

Is there any email where I can write to support to provide my purchase details?
