I have an Apple iPhone XS Max. I installed an Apple leather case and now the 3D Touch feature is not responding. I tried adjusting the sensitivity to no avail. It works when I take the case off. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there an update pending to fix this issue?
Exactly... I don’t understand it either. I have no screen protector but somehow with the case on the back it renders the screen feature unusable.. it is an Apple case so I don’t get it. I am just curious if anyone else is having this issue. The case doesn’t seem to be touching the screen edge but sure enough, when I take the case off it works like normal.

3-D Touch is the screen feature which is not covered by a case.
No, I have the Max and a leather case and 3D Touch works fine.
I do not have a leather case and only tested on an iPhone XS with a see-through plastic case and 3-D Touch works.
