I was charged 9.99 for iTunes how come I can’t use it to get ringtones
Why am I being charged 9.99 for iTunes and then being asked to pay an additional fee for ringtones
If you've subscribed to Apple Music then that only gives you free downloads from Apple Music, it doesn't give you free downloads from the iTunes Store (which includes ringtones), they are two separate things.
