Apple Music not opening

Hi my Apple Music app has crashed, I have attempted to delete and reinstall. Still will not open. When attempting to press on the music app it produces a black screen and shuts down after 15 seconds. Any ideas as I am paying money for an app which is not working

Go to the App Switcher (double-tap Menu) to force-quit the misbehaving app. Then restart the Apple TV (Settings﹥System﹥Restart) for good measure. Let us know if that cleared it up.
