The subject says it all - have we been given a technical reason why iCloud for Windows can't install on the October 2018 update for Windows 10?
iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.3.2, Windows 10/Lenovo G50-45
Apple continues to say nothing about this.
HOWEVER... Microsoft is now blocking computers with iCloud for Windows 7.6 from updating to Windows 10 v1809 because they are willing to admit there is a compatibility issue with iCloud 7.7.
