Mail app and Outlook 2013
Just set up Mail app. now my Outlook 2013 only receives a very few emails

Which version of Office do you mean? There is no 2013 Mac version. It would have to be Office 2008, 2011, 2016, or the very recently released 2019.
Edit: Duh! I get what you mean now. Using Mail on the Mac, and Office 2013 on a Windows computer is not receiving them.
