I live in Morocco how can I create an apple ID?
Hello,
I live in Morocco and I want te create an apple ID for a member of my family How can I do it knowing that countries selected in the steps does not include Morocco.

You can't, not until if/when Apple open an iTunes Store there (as we are fellow users we won't know when that might happen until if/when Apple announce something) - you cannot use another country unless you are in that country with a billing address there.
