I can not set up my Apple Pay or add cards on my watch?

I have had my Apple Watch for a year and I would like to add my card to my watch but I can not is there anyway to add a card without resetting my apple watch?

Apple Pay on Apple watch I am trying to add my Apple Card to my Apple Watch so I can use my watch to pay with Apple Pay. My Apple Card is already in my Wallet on my iPhone. Unable to add Apple Card to Apple Watch. I have applied for and added my Apple Card to my Wallet on my iPhone XS and set it as the default payment method. When attempting to add it on my Apple Watch (Series 3) it gives me an error stating “Could Not Setup Apple Pay” I’ve restarted and hard reset both the iPhone and Apple Watch

I don’t believe you have to reset your watch to add a card. Just go to the watch app on your connected phone and add a card in wallet
