Why is my Apple ID disabled?

i keep getting a notice saying ”my Apple ID is disabled”, even when I changed my password.

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
