I record 4K, my videos in iCloud are ONLY 720p. What to do about it?

Hi,

I have a similar question to this one: Re: 4K videos stored in iCloud are not being displayed in 4k?

However for me, even though I choose unmodified original, I still get only 720p video. I need 4K, why would I pay so much for my phone when I can only view my videos in 720p? Thanks.

Hello, I had the same problem.

1 - On Icloud, select the photo/video that you want to download

2 - hover the download icon and press the small dropdown

3 - Select unmodified original and download it.
