You can usually change safe search in browser settings Eg. Search Settings for google or https://www.bing.com/account/general?ru=https%3a%2f%2fwww.bing.com%2fsearch%3fq% 3dhhsdgddhg%26go%3dSubmit%26qs%3dn%26for… for bing
