Can green screen be used to create this wipe?

Here's what I want to do: I have a shot of a cluster of leaves blowing across a green screen. I want to drop one scene into the beginning of the green screen. Then, as the leaves pass, I want it to transition to another scene. So basically I would be dropping one scene into the green ahead of the leaves, and another scene into the green behind the leaves.

Is this possible?

Easy:

put clip#1 and clip#2 into the timeline, put your LeavesOnGreen-clip over the intersection, apply ColorKey to it, done.

Probably, you have to apply a fast dissolve or wipe to it, in case the leaves don't cover the whole frame …
