Home button, camera not working. warranty replacement worthy?

my main camera on the back of my iPhone 6 and my home button do not work. I am also having a hard time downloading even free apps from App Store. It still wants credit info even when settings are changed to not ask for it for free apps. Can I just get a new phone under the warranty? I got it new 2 months ago fromboost mobile.
