i turned on iCloud keychain on my iPhone , iPad, and MacBook pro. the iPad and iPhone have shared their passwords, but not the MacBook pro. Although it also has iCloud keychain on. what should i do to fix this problem? Thank you

The steps you describe do not tally with the ones in the Apple article. Did you turn it off on all your devices first?
Failing that, try contacting Apple Support through the link at the bottom of the article.
I tried it. when i turned off iCloud keychain on my iPhone, i selected delete from my phone. after i turned back on. it did not download them again. what should i do? thanks
