Installed FXPro into latest version of Final Cut. Looks like Motion 5 is missing, and actually much of my Library and Inspectors including Generators. Anyone know what might be causing the problem? Have deleted preferences on Final Cut - no change. Thanks for suggestions.

The left is Motion. That's a different application. The content of Motion does not appear in FCP unless it is published from that application to FCP.
You're in Titles on the right. Are there any other FxFactory titles? The FxFactory effects should be in the effects browser not the titles browser. The effects browser button is on the far right of the toolbar.
Which version of FCP did you update from? There was a substantial rewrite of the interface in FCP 10.3.
Motion doesn't come with FCP. What was your previous version? Can you post screenshots of the sections that have missing content?
Not seeing what’s missing. In the second image you have the library selected. Next to it is the button for the audio effects and photos, and next to that is the button for titles and generators.
FxFactory on left, my screen on right. I have generators - but no filters... I have the impression more is missing too. Guessing I should have a Behaviors reference too?
Ah, that may be it. FxFactory never mentioned that! Will see about figuring that out. And yes - I have all their effects in Effects. In FCP 10.4.3 - so I think it's the latest?
