Payment decline

everytime try to put in my payment method when trying to get apps it keeps telling me my card is declined with it is not it has money on it and I use it for Apple Pay all the time it just will not let me use it for AppStore. It just keeps telling me it’s declined

It could very well be that the information that is part of your account is not matching something that you have put in iTunes. It could be something as simple as your address, or missing your middle initial. See this for help, If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If that does not help, you may have to ask iTunes support for assistance. Use this link, iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
