does the new Apple Watch 4 monitor blood pressure

I just bought a new apple watch 4 on the under standing that it could read your blood pressure is this true

In order to measure blood pressure, the watch would need completely different hardware. Think about how the doctor measures you BP. Right now, there's no way for the Apple Watch to do anything like that.
