Compressor 4.4.1 won't import mavic pro 2 dlog HEVC h.265 hvc1 footage

Thank you for taking the time to help me out here. Can someone please help me figure out how to import my DJI Mavic Pro 2 footage shot in DLOG / h.265 into Compressor?

I've been trying to get some HEVC footage shot on the DJI Mavic Pro 2 set to DLOG / h.265 settings into compressor and it will not take. I keep receiving the error: "Error trying to open source media file."

It will open h.264 files shot on the DJI Mavic Pro 2 but not the DLOG/H.265 files.

System:

macOS Mojave

Version 10.14

Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2017)

Processor 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Graphics: Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB, Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

I have the latest Pro Video Formats installed (2.0.6) and I shot everything on the recommended card for the DJI Mavic 2 Pro and transferred with a USB-C Card Reader.
