G4 OS upgrade

I have a G4 500 Mhz server with AGP graphics, a 2GB hard drive, and 2GB ram. It is running 10.3.9 server and I would like to run 10.4.11. Is there a combo update to get there or do I have to purchase 10.4 then update from there?
