Stabilisation with Proxies weird behavior

Hey guys, maybe someone can help me out with this one.

I imported my media and created proxy files. I added stabilisation to some of them. When skimming in proxy view it looks as it should (slight crop for stabilising the footage).

However, when I press the space bar to play the footage back the crop is gone and the footage plays back without stabilisation. When I stop it looks fine again.

With the „original/Optimized“ view I don’t have the problem.

What is wrong here? Never had this problem in the past...

Nothing to say. That’s the way it works with proxies that have a smaller frame size.

I think so. It’s hard to tell when skimming, but that sounds right. It will also play correctly if you render it.

Just to make sure I understood correctly: SKIMMING with proxies shows the footage cropped and stabilised, but PLAYING BACK does not?
