I would love to kill the acceleration of the mouse scroll speed. Found a way to get rid of the annoying cursor acceleration but not for the scroll speed. What can I do to make it work. Using Mojave right now and a Logitech Mouse (MX Master 2S).

Try System Preferences > Accessibility > Mouse & Trackpad > Mouse Options… Turn off inertia.
It may not be visible because you are using a Logitech mouse.
If you still have your Apple Mouse, you could plug that in in place of the Logictech mouse, change the setting and see if it works with the Logitech mouse plugged in. If the Logitech Mouse has a driver, it probably won't work.

there is actually nothing to turn off. The only option is to change scroll speed but that's not changing the issue.
