How do I use NVIDIA graphics on iMac 27in 5K on boot camp.

Hey I have a iMac Mid 2017

and I want to boost the graphics capabilities with NVIDIA but iMac doesnt support that. I have seen many people do it other ways but I want to know how to do it from iMac users and I want to know how I can with boot camp. Thanks!!

I have read that and obviously it doesn’t work with NVIDIA so I am trying to figure out how I could use it. No point of spending on and Vega 64 and a Sonnet Breakaway box when you can get better performance with a GTX 1080 in a AUROUS gaming box. NVIDIA has clearly shown better performance than the Vega series does. If I can’t use boot camp that’s fine but I was looking for boot camp so when I play games I have better performance. The eGPU would also help with the heat in my iMac. Thanks

Yeah there is a program for allowing NVIDIA graphics on your Mac. It is kinda weird that I can’t download NVIDIA drivers on Windows just like someone on a PC can and I just use the eGPU. I just thought I would ask the forums if they knew anything about it because if I asked Apple support they would say “we can not recommend any third party graphics units”. There is also no way I am getting a black magic eGPU because that is just as expensive as a gtx 1080 and it has the same graphics card as my Mac already has. If I have to I will just run the gtx 1080 on macOS. If you find out anything different I would love the help. I might also go on NVIDIA’s support to see if they know anything. Thankyou.
