USB port on iPhone 7 is loose

The USB port on my iPhone 7 is loose. Sometimes when I think the phone is charging, it's not. I have to remove the jack and re-insert it or jiggle it around before I hear the beep signaling a connection.

Confirming usbc port failure on iPad Is there a way to know for sure if the usbc port on my iPad pro (~2019) is damaged. It's been a bit finicky for a while and not won't recognize any charging cable.

There is no USB port on an iPhone 7.

If the Lightning connector is loose bring it to your local Apple Store and ask them to fix it.
