I receive an email invoice 98$ i don’t know what is it please help check if i bought something? Or just fake email.

It's a phishing email - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
And you shouldn't post your phone number nor email address on a public forum.
