How to download clips from peekvid?

Hi guys, so far I can download videos from sites like youtube and else, but it seems I just cant download videos from peekvid. Dose anyone knows how to do that? Many thanks!

PowerBook G4, Mac OS X (10.4.3)

When you start playing a clip open the activity window look for the URL with the largest size it's usually in MBs. Highlight it and copy then open the download window an paste it. The file should end with .flv ,if it ends with .flv.txt click on file bring up the info window and remove .txt extension.
Try opening with Quicktime.
If it doesn't open you will have to convert it to a different format with a app like
Visual Hub http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/
