Screen recording is stuck on a zoomed in view on iPhone 7 iOS 12.0.1
When using the screen recording function...it films only a corner of the screen. Help?

I understand that your screen is magnified when you record the screen on your iPhone and you are able to film only on the corner of your screen. I want to provide you some additional information that might be able to help clarify your issue.
If you have Zoom enabled under Settings > General > Accessibility > Vision > Zoom, you can also enter zoom when in a screen recording by a double-tap with three fingers. You can also double-tap with three fingers to exit Zoom. You can take a look at the following support article for more information about zoom and how to turn this option off if you do not use it.
If your Home screen icons are magnified on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If this isn't your issue, please get back with us with more details such as what apps are being used while your screen recording session, and if you have enabled zoom and what happens if you disable Zoom under settings and we can go from there.
