wrong code send to  two-factor  authentication

I Know apple ID &paasword. I can receive code to my Iphone for active my apple ID(two-factor authentication ) , I type this correct but answers:"" entered an incorrect verification code"".I forget my number to set two-factor authentication for send me sms.Help me please!!!!????
