i am trying to reset an iphone because i cant remember the restrictions passcode and it literally wont let me!! Still asks for the passcode? help!!!

Have you tried the recovery mode method in If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
