Is this your iPhone? Or is it someone else's?
The motherboard you bought was salvaged from a lost or stolen phone.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock. Your phone is made up of stolen parts.

An unlocked one which will be next impossible to obtain seeing as how Apple does not sell parts for the iPhone.
