Unable to Upgrade Adobe Creative Cloud

I am unable to upgrade Adobe Creative Cloud software because there OS level on my iMac is not sufficient (see details in the image below). When I attempt a "Software Update..." nothing appears for an OS update. Am I stuck at OS 10.11.6 on this computer?

Thanks,

Geo

You've taken that machine as far as it can go. It can't run any version of OS X higher than 10.11.6.

If the software you want to run requires something later than that, you'll have to buy a new machine. That one is now over 10 years old.

Gestone,

Unfortunately I am in the same boat. I am sitting now at a perfectly good PowerMac tower, which has been a trusty workhorse for many years - and Apple and Adobe are relegating it to the ash heaps of history. In fact, my house is full of such computers. They are relegated to watching YouTube videos while working out and other low lift activities. It is a bummer, I don't want to have to purchase computers every 2 or 3 years, even work stations. None of the new computers meet my current needs, such as four internal hard drives. I will put it off for awhile.

Try looking at the Adobe forums to see what options might exist. Good luck. C
