Was using Photos library as screen saver in High Sierra. Doesn't look like that is an option in Mojave. Am I missing something?
Under Screen Saver in Preferences, choose any of the photo gallery screensavers (by default they show the Apple landscapes), click on the "Source" pull down menu, click "Choose Folder," and then select the folder you want to use.
Open System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Savers. Choose any of several of the screen savers and change source to "Photo Library…".
Yes. You are missing over 12 screen savers. Just some of them…
Are you running CleanMyMac or an antivirus program or something else equally destructive?

Rebooted OS and now I've got all the normal screen saver options.
